Shero Initiative

The Shero Initiative is a social innovation project jointly launched by women who have long been committed to sustainable development and are deeply involved in the fields of technology and investment. It focuses on supporting female entrepreneurship and sustainable development and is committed to connecting aspiring entrepreneurs around the world. Super Heroes who promote "She For Good" and "Tech for Good", help achieve gender equality and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and promote social justice. towards development.

Some of the important activities Xurou plans to co-organize with its partners include: co-organizing Asia's first women's technology forum with Beyond Expo, co-organizing the first domestic impact investing seminar from a gender perspective with the Social Impact Investment Alliance, and co-organizing with Peking University The Peking University HSBC-Cambridge Jiazhi Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for female entrepreneurs was held, as well as the first domestic "Mulan Blossoms" entrepreneurial support project for rural micro-entrepreneurial women in cooperation with the Green Bud Foundation. At the same time, we were invited to participate in many important conferences such as charity exhibitions, China Charity Federation, and APEC Women Connect seminars to continue to share the concepts and practices of the Xurou Project.
